Increase Storage Space for Individual or Group Home Directories in AFS

Issue

For individuals to request more space when an individual or group space is over quota.

Resolution

  • Contact the ITS Service Center.
  • Determine whether there are unused files that can be removed to free up space in the directory.
  • Please include the directory name in your request.

Additional Information

AFS Retirement

  • All AFS web hosting services (including websites that are a part of class directories, group directories, and user home directories) will be retired by December 2026.
  • All remaining AFS volume content for classes and groups will be retired from AFS by December 2026.
