What models are supported in the MiWorkspace Mac environment?

Resolution

Mac hardware support is determined by the compatibility with the existing macOS (N) and the previous version (N-1).

Currently the supported macOS versions in MiWorkspace are Tahoe (macOS 26) and Sequoia (macOS 15).

Additional Information


Operating System Notes:

  • macOS Tahoe is the last Mac operating system that will support Intel Macs.
    Tahoe will no longer be supported in MiWorkspace after December 2027.

 

Specific Hardware Notes:

  • MacBook Neo: This device is supported in MiWorkspace, but is not a model recommended for most users.  
    The Neo is a lightweight device more suited towards email/web and light Office productivity work. 
    It is not recommended for intensive computational applications and can not support more than 1 external monitor.
