Issue
You receive an email that your training is about to expire. You tried to take the course and it would not allow you to because it says you've already taken it.
You would like to retake a course you have previously taken.
Resolution
Start a new instance of training
- Navigate to My LINC.
- In the Search box type a portion of the course name.
- Click on the hyperlink for the course you would like to retake.
- Click Start.
- Click Restart. This will start a new instance of the course.
NOTE: If you select Review in the pop-up, this will not start a new instance of the course. Review content may be outdated if any updates to the course have occurred since you last took it.
View completion of the training with score and expiration date
- Select Training Transcript In the left hand corner navigation of My LINC.
- Select All in the Date Range dropdown menu.
- Search for the name of the course.
- If a new instance of the course was completed, it will be at the top.
- If the course has an expiration date, this will update after completing the new instance of the course. (See expiration date column).
