MPathways: Academic Institution "Grayed Out" in Application Evaluation Search Pages

Issue

I am unable to manually enter an Academic Institution on Application Evaluation search pages because the Academic Institution search criteria is grayed out.

Resolution

Application Evaluation search pages no longer allow manual entry of Academic Institution. If you find a search page that no longer allows manual entry of Academic Institution, this can be fixed by updating User Defaults in MPathways.

Update User Defaults

  1. Navigate to: Set up SACR > User Defaults
  2. On tab 1, enter UMICH as Academic Institution
  3. On tab 2, enter UMICH as Institution Set
  4. Click SAVE
