Issue

How do I export a chat conversation and view exported chat conversations?

Resolution

Once you have access to a Maizey chat app, you can export your chat conversations from the Chat History. Exported conversations are saved within Maizey for seven days, after which they are deleted.

Export Chats

1. Click the three dots at the bottom of the Chat History sidebar.
2. Click Export Chats.
3. Click the checkbox(es) to select the conversation(s) you wish to export.
4. Click Export.
5. Review your selections, and then click Export.

View Exported Chats

1. Click App Exports in the pop-up notification that displays. Alternatively, you can click the three dots at the bottom of the chat history, then click View Exports.

2. Locate your saved conversation in the list that displays and click View download url. The exported conversation opens in a new window.
