CFC-Service Change Request-Children's Centers

Service change requests for families with a child enrolled at the U-M Children's Centers including Health System Children's Center (HSCC), North Campus Children's Center (NCCC) or Towsley Children's House (TCH).

Service changes include:

  • schedule change requests
  • additional care day requests
  • withdrawal notification 
  • cancellation of future enrollment
  • miscellaneous questions
  • lunch requests (HSCC and TCH only)
  • extended care requests (HSCC only)
