What is Career Development?
Career Development for all our staff is very important as it helps people discover their strengths and supports our staff as they progress in their careers. As a University, investing in our employee's future is a very good way to build retention, increase motivation, and help develop career paths for the future for all employees based on their aspirations and desires.

2. Possibilities of mentorship and job rotation to help employees explore and grow
3. Identify career steps and provide tools to help them in their search to grow. Examples include: Resume updates, interviewing skills, search strategies, setting career goals, identifying resources , networking, soft skills to succeed and grow.
