Creating a new program is the first step to getting started with Spire. There are a number of settings available, and they broadly fall into the following categories.

Basic Program Details
These are the "core" attributes of your program, which will show up throughout the admin- and participant-facing interfaces.

Competency-Related Settings
A small number of program settings control competency-related pages and features.
