What is the Go Blue Guarantee?
Our Go Blue Guarantee free tuition offer covers the full cost of tuition for up to four years of full-time undergraduate study for Michigan residents with a family income of $75,000 or less and assets of $75,000 or less. Some families earning more also receive tuition assistance.
You do not have to apply specifically for the Go Blue Guarantee. It is automatically awarded to qualified Michigan residents who:
- Apply to U-M
- Get admitted, and
- Apply for financial aid by March 31
