Who orders the teaching evaluations, and who can view the reports?
Each department has a staff member who is responsible for ordering teaching evaluations. It is often the same person who handles course scheduling. Reports are available to the instructor, typically the department administrator who orders the evaluations and the department chair or associate dean. Please note: instructors cannot view other instructors (GSI, TA, Secondary Instructors, etc.) reports. Email ro.evaluations@umich.edu if you need assistance identifying the specific people for your department.
