Transcript Not Received

What if a transcript wasn't received at its destination?


If a paper transcript has not been received two weeks after it was mailed, please contact the Transcript, Certification, and Diplomas Department at 734-763-9066, or email ro.transcript.order.questions@umich.edu, and the order will be reprocessed. If an address modification is desired, a new order must be placed.

For electronic (PDF) transcript orders, please check the Transcript Order Status page in Wolverine Access.

Electronic (PDF) transcript requestors should receive an email confirmation when:

  1. the order is placed;
  2. the transcript is available to the recipient; and
  3. the transcript is downloaded by the recipient.

If you receive the first two confirmations, but the recipient has not received a message from the university, have the recipient check his/her spam or junk mail folder for the email.

If you do not receive the first two confirmations within 30 minutes, you should double check the recipient's e mail address and place a new order if you change it.
