Transcript Not Received

What if a transcript wasn't received at its destination?


If a paper transcript has not arrived within two weeks of mailing, please contact the Transcript, Certification, and Diplomas Department at 734-763-9066 or via email at ro.transcript.order.questions@umich.edu. To update an address, a new order is required.

For electronic (PDF) transcripts, check the order status in Parchment. Requestors will receive email confirmations when:

  • the order is placed, and
  • the transcript is downloaded by the recipient.
