Does registration in a class satisfy an enforced prerequisite?
Yes, as long as the class in question is successfully completed prior to the beginning of the class with the prerequisite requirement. For example, if a student registers for a class in spring term that is a prerequisite for a class offered in fall term, the student can register for the fall class. However, if a student withdraws from that spring class or fails to meet the minimum grade requirement specified in the enforced prerequisite, they may be withdrawn from the fall class at the request of the department.
