Identifying Students who Fail to Satisfy a Prerequisite

Who will identify those students who fail or withdraw from a prerequisite class?

Departments open the PERC Review Summary in Wolverine Access page and review the listed students and status. The PERC roster to identify students will be run one week prior to the start of the term, and daily from the first day of classes to the drop/add deadline. It is the responsibility of the school, college or department to notify the student that they will be withdrawn from a class due to an unmet prerequisite requirement. Once the students to be dropped have been notified, departments will set the roster to "Review Complete for Batch Drop Processing" and the Office of the Registrar will run the job to process the drops.
