Yes. Any course that hasn't been graded will be treated like it has satisfied a grade-based requirement. For example, if a student registers for a class in spring term that is a prerequisite for a class offered in fall term and the spring term class has a grade-based requirement of mimum grade of "C" or better, the student can register for the fall class.
