What is the process for adding or modifying course data?


The Course Approval Request Form is used by the academic units to establish a new course, modify an existing course, or delete (inactivate) an existing course.

The Course Approval Request Form is to be submitted to the Curriculum Office only after all required signatures have been obtained.
