How are students notified when there are teaching evaluations for them to take?
Students will receive system generated email notifying them that an evaluation has opened for one of their classes. The email contains an URL to take them directly to their Evaluation dashboard where they can submit their evaluation responses.
The students will get a reminder every other day until the evaluation is submitted or the evaluation period ends. Once evaluations are submitted for all their classes the email reminders will stop.
