Faculty Center Teaching Evaluation Icon Missing

I don't see the Teaching Evaluation icon in my Faculty Center class schedule.

If you don't see the icon it means an evaluation wasn't ordered and you should contact your department evaluation coordinator to have an evaluation ordered for your class.
