What should I do if the Teaching Questionnaire for my class in Canvas is missing?
If your Canvas Teaching Questionnaire page is missing an evaluation for one of your classes, you should inform your teacher. It may indicate that an evaluation was not ordered for that class. Your teacher can work with their department staff to get an evaluation ordered.
Only U-M students enrolled in the class will be able to access their evaluations in Canvas. The online Teaching Evaluations process is not available to guest students.
