Does our department still need to save/store teaching evaluations, or will they all be in M-Pathways permanently?
The evaluation data in M-Pathways will always be available with the exception of the Individual Response Report. This report represents each individual student's response to each question on the teaching questionnaire for the class being evaluated. That level of detail is rarely useful after the end of the term and it takes up an great deal of space. We purge this data for the previous term just before the fall reports and winter results are processed.
The evaluation data that predates M-Pathways will always be available, too. Whenever you need a report for a term earlier than Fall 2008, if there was an evaluation ordered we can produce the report.
