Is it possible to reopen a closed evaluation in order to increase student participation?
It is not technically possible for CTools to re-open an evaluation after the specified evaluation period for the course has closed. At the close of an evaluation period, CTools removes all evaluation data from its servers and sends evaluation results to the University's main data analysis center for report preparation.
It is possible to extend the evaluation period for your course as long as the evaluation is still open. If the evaluation end date has not past, your department evaluation coordinator can change the end date on the Curriculum Management > Teaching Evaluation > Detail page.
