Faculty and GSI Access to Teaching Evaluation Reports

How can faculty access their Teaching Evaluation reports?

Starting in Fall 2008, Teaching Evaluation reports became available to faculty/instructors/GSI's directly from Faculty Business > Faculty Center in Wolverine Access.

  • Log in to Wolverine Access > Faculty Business > Faculty Center and select the term you want
  • Look for the Teaching Evaluation icon next to the class you're interested in. If this icon is not visible for the class chances are an evaluation was not ordered. Contact the Evaluation Order person in your department.
  • Click on the Icon
  • You'll see links for 3 Teaching Evaluation Reports. The links don't appear until the grades for the class have been entered, approved and submitted (or posted). Past terms may only have links for 2 reports - the Individual Response report is deleted near the end of the following term.

If you have turned in grades and you still cannot see the report, the browser settings on your computer may be causing the problem. Your web browser's Pop-up Blocker needs to be turned off in order to view the reports.

In any case, the quickest source for help is the ITS help desk at 764.HELP. Help desk team members can use a "shadow" tool to view a user's screen in real time, and with the help of this tool, they can usually diagnose and fix problems for users very quickly.

For reports prior to Fall 2008, contact ro.evaluations@umich.edu.
