How can students order an electronic copy of their diploma?
The eDiploma is a signed and certified PDF of your original paper diploma used for diploma verification purposes.
Beginning with the April/May 2020 graduates, a complimentary eDiploma is provided once the printed diploma is issued.
If you graduated prior to April/May 2020, you may purchase an eDiploma for a one-time fee of $5. Graduates pay the $5 fee (per degree) directly to our diploma vendor, the Michael Sutter Company. Past graduates can order the eDiploma via the Online Diploma Service.
Medical School (M.D.) graduates: The complimentary eDiploma will be issued to the Doctor of Medicine graduates beginning with the class of 2024.
Students with a financial hold cannot receive an eDiploma until the hold is cleared and their original diploma has been issued.
