Obtain a Michigan Uniform Undergraduate Guest Application form or the application specific to the school to which you are applying. Submit the application to our office by email, fax, mail, or in person at our Wolverine Services site.
Note: It is the student's responsibility to check with the school to see if a fee is required with their application.

Preparation of guest applications normally takes one week. At certain times of the year, however, it may take longer so be sure to order early.
