Upper division tuition is assessed when a student attains 55 CTP (credit toward program). Any transfer or advanced placement credit applied to a student's record will be placed chronologically and will affect the CTP, regardless of when that credit is actually submitted. Upper division tuition is assessed for undergraduate students with non-degree status except for Michigan high school students.
