Residency Classification: Divorced Parent Lives in Michigan

If a student's parents are divorced and one parent lives in Michigan, will the student be eligible to qualify for in-state classification?

If you are a dependent student and your parents are divorced, you may be eligible for in-state tuition classification if one parent is domiciled in Michigan as defined by the university's Guidelines for Qualifying for In-State Tuition.
