SPH-Facilities - Request Building and Room Access

Use this link to request access to the School of Public Health buildings as well as specific rooms within the School of Public Health.

• Building access requests must be made via the online Request Building and Room Access Form, which generates an SPH Facilities Ticket.
• Requests must include the person’s full name and the 16 digit code from the front of their UM ID Card.
• Requests should be made 48 business hours in advance, and must be approved by the Department Administrator.
