The APPLICATION needed to install SPH-Printers will be located in the APPLICATION Folder.

Double Click on the "MPrint Installer" to open the MPRINT interface, and type on the Quick Search:  SPH to only display the SPH Printer/Copiers available, and you can add the Rm Number to further narrow your search (see below).

Once you have the desired printer selected (see sample below), click on the Install Queues

If successful,  you’ll get the following PopUp:

ENABLING XEROX ACCOUNTING for Restricted Departmental Copiers.

If you need to enter a CODE on the printer to use it, you will need to enable ACCOUNTING in the printer driver as follows:

  1. From the Application you are using select:  FILE →PRINT → Select the XEROX printer you want to use and select PRINTER OPTIONS at the bottom (scroll down as needed).

  2. Expand the PRINTER OPTIONS (scroll down as needed), and select PRINTER FEATURES which will open a new POPUP (as shown below).

Click on FEATURE SETS: field, and select ACCOUNTING

Under Accounting System: select XEROX STANDARD ACCOUNTING

Under UserID: type in the CODE provided by your Department Administrator. (as shown below)
