How do I access my Outlook email via the web?

Michigan Medicine Users

If your Michigan Medicine account has been migrated to the cloud, you can access Outlook in the following way:

1. Go to outlook.office.com.
2. Log in with your email and UMICH password.
3. If you have the Outlook icon on the sidebar, you have been migrated and should continue to access your email from the office.com web portal.
   1. The email.med.umich.edu web portal will no longer work for you.
   2. If you continue to have issues with your Exchange Migration, you can report those issues to HITS using the following form: https://michmed.service-now.com/sp?id=sc_cat_item&sys_id=870f46a41b61bc9089e7c9d2604bcb16.

Michigan Medicine Legacy Users

1. Go to email.med.umich.edu from any web browser.
2. Enter your uniqname and UMICH password to log into Outlook.
3. You will then be routed into your U-M Outlook (Michigan Medicine) mailbox.
