Virtru Mobile App Message Creation and Contact Selection

Issue

The Virtru mobile applications would not allow you to select an existing contact from your device contact list when composing a new message.

Resolution

Virtru has updated their mobile apps to fix the problem. Please take the steps below: 

  1. Update your app:
  2. You should then remove any existing U-M accounts within your Virtru app, and re-add them. Once you are again logged in with your U-M account with the Virtru app, contacts can then be selected when composing a new message.
