What is Blackboard

Blackboard is a virtual learning environment and management system used by UM-Flint and supported by the Office of Online & Digital Education (ODE). The focus is to add online elements to courses, traditionally delivered face-to-face, and develop completely online courses, with few or no face-to-face meetings. Please note, Mozilla Firefox is the recommended web browser for use with Blackboard.
