Adobe PhotoShop creativecloud Illustrator

Intended Audience

This article is intended for current faculty, staff, and students who would like to utilize the various Adobe products. Unfortunately, at this time Alumni and retirees are not able to utilize this service.

Requirements

This article requires that you be a current employee or student with the University of Michigan and have DUO two-factor authentication installed on your mobile device. If you wish to install all of the programs within this suite you will need approximately 30 GB's of free hard drive space.

How to install Adobe on a university-owned computer

Option 1: (For computers on campus.)

Open the Windows search bar in the lower left-hand corner
Type "Software Center"
Then click Adobe Creative Cloud
Then click Install

Option 2: (For computers that are off-campus.)

Click here to Download Creative Cloud directly from adobe.com
Open and run the Adobe Cloud setup.
When prompted to sign-in, Log in with your uniqname@umich.edu and current password.
Choose Company or School Account.
Log in with your uniqname and current password.
Next, accept the notification from DUO two-factor authentication then click "Install".

*Please note: that this requires you to restart your computer after it has been installed.

How to install on a personal device

Click here to Download Creative Cloud directly from adobe.com
Open and run the Adobe Cloud setup.
When prompted to sign-in, log in with your uniqname@umich.edu email address.
Choose Company or School Account.
This will bring you to our web logon screen. Log in with your uniqname and current password.
Next, accept the notification from DUO two-factor authentication then click "Install".
Once that has completed following the on-screen directions to install the program you require
