LSA Student Government’s Budget Allocations Committee (BAC) has opened Funding Applications for student organizations! Before applying, carefully review all funding policies at BAC Bylaws (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Hd9TlW-0--Z0ru0KAuw3nExcS3glddhl4Ip0GKnnz9Q/edit?tab=t.0#heading=h.lr995ck9lh14).
How Our Reimbursement System Works:
1. Submit a Budget Application:
All RSOs must submit a detailed budget request outlining expected event costs.
2. BAC Reviews & Approves Funding:
Our committee evaluates each request and allocates funding based on LSA-SG BAC Bylaw policies.
3. Hold Your Event & Gather Receipts:
After your event, collect all itemized receipts associated with the approved budget.
4. Submit Receipts for Reimbursement:
You will receive funding only after submitting receipts that match your approved budget.
5. Receipts must be submitted within one week of your event date.
Appeals:
If your funding request is denied and you would like to submit an appeal, fill out the Appeal Form (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdo2EJ3rj14x0L_CFDd_nvuo46yWmtLQIzH3MUPTzyvCeDqQQ/viewform) within one week of receiving your decision.
