FAQ to address why some school/college alumni may not appear in an MProfile Business Objects Report.

Question

I recently ran the MProfile-S/C Alumni report and noticed some key alumni are missing.  Doesn't the report include everyone in the specified class?

Answer

• The suite of MProfiles were designed to help facilitate engagement with the individuals included in the reports.  As a result, MProfiles automatically exclude Deceased Individuals or Constituents without a valid mailing address.  
• To pull a list of everyone who graduated in a specific class, regardless of their current status or known address, you want to pull an S/C Alumni Class Roster which can be found in the Constituent Reports folder within Business Objects.
