Why use this report?

Use this report if you need to identify donors who have demonstrated sustained giving by contributing consecutively over a 5- or 10-year period, ending with the prior fiscal year.

 

E.g. Pull a list of donors who have given every year for the past 10 years to identify long-term loyal supporters and determine which of those consecutive donors also have an active planned gift to the University or a specific School, College, or Unit (SCU) for targeted stewardship or engagement.

University-Related Limits (Optional – One Must Be Selected)

Answer at least one of the following prompts to restrict results to a specific campus, unit, or designation.

  • Allows user to select one or more campuses to limit results.

Report Tabs

There are 2 report tabs:

• 5 Year

  • Shows a table of constituents who have given consecutively for five years within the defined period.

  • Contains annual and cumulative giving totals, planned gift indicators, and geographic information to support stewardship of loyal donors.

• 10 Year

  • Shows a table of constituents who have given consecutively for ten years within the defined period.

  • Contains decade-long giving history, recognition totals, planned gift indicators, and geographic details to identify and engage long-term supporters.
