MProfile Helper - Parents by T400/Tier II and Start/End Date

This report can be used to pull parent LIDs of parents who have either a T400 or Tier II constituent affiliation within a specific date range.

Answer the following set of prompts to restrict the set of dates for which to search for parents who have a T400 or Tier II constituent affiliation

• Enter Value(s) for Constituent Affiliation Start Date

  • You may select one or more values

• Enter Constituent Affiliation End Date

  • You may select one value

  • This tab provides the set of parent LIDs returned from the query sorted by LookupID along with the full parent name, type of constituent affiliation, and date range.
