This report provides a breakdown on Telefund Pledges by payments, balance due and write-offs. Can be used to pull counts and total amounts for Telefund Pledges and provide breakdowns of Telefund Pledges.

This report gives a detailed breakdown of Telefund pledges—showing payments received, balances due, and write-offs. It’s a valuable tool for quickly pulling counts and total amounts, analyzing pledge fulfillment, and tracking outstanding commitments.

Running the Report Directly

Click the highlighted icon to bring up the user prompts.

Revenue Date (Start/End) (Optional)

Answer the following prompt to restrict the starting and ending revenue date for telefunds

• Enter Revenue Date (Start/End)

  • You may select one start and end revenue date

Revenue Date FY (Start/End) (Optional)

Answer the following prompt to restrict the starting and ending fiscal years for telefunds

• Enter Revenue Date FY (Start/End)

  • You may select one start and end fiscal year

Purpose Constructed Site Rollup (Optional)

Answer the following prompt to restrict results to a specific constructed site

• Enter value(s) for Purpose Constructed Site Rollup

  • You may select one or more constructed sites

Report Tabs

There are 7 report tabs:

• Summary

  • The tab gives a summarized counts and amounts for Telefund Pledges

• All Telefund Pledges

  • The tab displays details for all Telefund Pledges

• Fully Paid

  • The tab displays details for all Telefund Pledges that are fully paid

• Balance Due

  • The tab displays details for all Pledges that have a balance due. This would also include installments

• Full Write-offs

  • The tab displays details for all Telefund Pledges that are fully written-off

• Partial Write-offs

  • The tab displays details for all Telefund Pledges that are partially paid and written off

• Payments

  • Includes all pledge payments with both pledge and payment information
