This report can be used to pull data in DART surrounding Marketing Efforts, Segments, or Appeals and allows the user to monitor and get lists of donors for an Appeal, Marketing Effort or Segment performance for acknowledgement

Appeal Name, FIRST Day of Fiscal Year, LAST Day of Fiscal Year (Optional):

Answer the following prompt to restrict the results to a certain Appeal Name and date range

  • Enter Value(s) for Appeal Name AND Enter FIRST day of Fiscal Year, Enter LAST Day of Fiscal Year

    • You may select one or more appeals, one first day of fiscal year and one last day of fiscal year

OR

Marketing Effort ID (Optional):

Answer the following prompt to restrict the results to ones tied to a specific Marketing Effort

  • Enter value(s) for Marketing Effort ID

    • You may select one or more marketing efforts

Marketing Effort Name (Optional):

Answer the following prompt to restrict the results to ones tied to a specific Marketing Effort

  • Enter value(s) for Marketing Effort Name

    • You may select one or more marketing efforts

Marketing Effort Segment Name (Optional):

Answer the following prompt to restrict the results to ones tied to a specific Marketing Effort Segment

Report Tabs

There are 4 report tabs:

Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)

  • Appeal, ME Revenue Transactions

    • Lists Revenue transactions attached to selected prompt list. 

  • Appeal, ME Recognition Credit

    • Lists all Revenue and Recognition credit rows attached to selected prompt list.

  • Appeal & Effort Summary

    • Shows an Appeal Summary, Marketing Effort and Site Summary, and Marketing Effort and Designation Summary.

  • Summary by Site Rollup

    • Lists all Marketing Efforts, grouped by Constructed Site Rollup. Note that the Totals are for that Marketing Effort within that Site Rollup, not the Totals for the Marketing Effort which are found on the previous Tab.
