Recurring Gifts Report - UM Wide

This report pulls all recurring gift setups with linked payments. Can be used to see all newly created recurring gift setups or to see all payments on recurring gifts received in a specific time frame.

This report pulls all recurring gift setups with linked payments. Can be used to see all newly created recurring gift setups or to see all payments on recurring gifts received in a specific time frame

Running the Report Directly

Click the highlighted icon to bring up the user prompts.

If the report is taking too long to run, schedule the report (see above).

Enter Revenue Date FY (Start) (Required)

Answer the following prompt to restrict the starting Fiscal Year for the recurring gifts

• Enter Revenue Date FY (Start)

  • You may select one FY

  • E.g., 2020

Enter Revenue Date FY (End) (Required)

Answer the following prompt to restrict the ending Fiscal Year for the recurring gifts

• Enter Revenue Date FY (End)

  • You may select one FY

  • E.g., 2026

Report Tabs

There are 7 report tabs:

• Summary - By Channel & Status

  • Count of U-Wide recurring gift setups within specified time frame by channel type and setup status.

• Summary - Active by Frequency

  • Count of active U-Wide recurring gift setups within specified time frame by frequency type.

• Summary - By Constructed Site Rollup

  • Count of recurring gift setups within specified time frame by constructed site rollup.

• Setups by Timeframe

  • Count of setups created in the specified time frame.

• Payments by Timeframe

  • Count of recurring gift payments made in the specified time frame.

• Setup Detail

  • All new recurring gifts setups established within specified time frame.

• Payment Detail

  • All recurring gift payments received within specified time frame with a recurring gift setup date within the specified time frame.
