This report displays all Constituents who have either the 'Major Giving Prospect', 'UAG Unit Exclusion', or 'Annual SolicitationOnly' solicit code on their record in DART. Allows for finding of constituents who are part of the Annual Giving Unit based Exclusions or are on the Major Gift Prospect Exclusion list

This Report

This report displays all Constituents who have either the 'Major Giving Prospect', 'UAG Unit Exclusion', or 'Annual SolicitationOnly' solicit code on their record in DART. Allows for finding of constituents who are part of the Annual Giving Unit based Exclusions or are on the Major Gift Prospect Exclusion list

Why use this report?

Use this report to identify constituents who have solicitation codes that affect how (or whether) they should be contacted for fundraising. It lists everyone in DART marked with the Major Giving Prospect, UAG Unit Exclusion, or Annual Solicitation Only solicit codes, making it easier to find individuals who are excluded from annual giving outreach by unit or who belong to the major gift prospect exclusion group.

Communication Preference Site Campus Rollup (Optional)

Answer the following prompt to filter results on Annual Giving Exclusions tab to only the selected Campus

• Enter value(s) for Communication Preference Site Campus Rollup

  • You may select one or more Campuses

  • E.g., Ann Arbor

Communication Preference SCU Rollup (Optional)

Answer the following prompt to filter results on Annual Giving Exclusions tab to only the selected SCUs

• Enter value(s) for Communication Preference SCU Rollup

  • You may select one or more SCUs

  • E.g., Medical School

Report Tabs

There are 6 report tab:

• MGO and AG Exclusions by Unit

  • Displays all Constituents who have the 'UAG MGO Exclusion', and those who have the 'UAG Unit Exclusion' solicit code on their record (based on the selected prompts above). There is only one row per Constituent with a count of the number of **TOTAL** UAG Unit Exclusions.

• AG Exclusions by Unit

  • Displays those who have the 'UAG Unit Exclusion' solicit code on their record (based on the selected prompts above)

• MGO and AG Exclusions - All Units

  • Displays all Constituents who have the 'UAG MGO Exclusion', and ALL those who have the ‘UAG Unit Exclusion' solicit code on their record. 

• MGo Exclusions

  • Displays all Constituents who have the 'UAG MGO Exclusion'.

• Annual Solicitation Only

  • Displays all Constituents who have the 'Annual Solicitation Only' solicit code on their record. These are Constituents who wish to be solicited for donations only once per year (typically a Fall project). This report can be used to audit these records and ensure that the other 'Do not Solicit' codes are on their record as well.

• AG Exclusions - Summary

  • Provides a count of AG Exclusions broken down by Unit.
