This report pulls possible tributes along with connected acknowledgees and donor/revenue information based on a wildcarded Tribute Text search or a list of Constituent LookupIDs. It can be used to identify tributes set up on a constituent, review connected acknowledgees and donors, generate mailing lists for acknowledgees, or thank donors for a tribute.

Tribute Identification (Optional)

Answer the following prompts to identify tributes based on tribute text and/or constituent identifiers.

• Enter Tribute Text (use % as a wildcard)

  • Allows user to search for tributes using wildcarded text

  • E.g., %John%Smith% returns “John Smith”, “John Smith, Jr.”, “Dr. John Smith”, and “John E. Smith”

  • Note: Entering %John Smith% will not return “John E. Smith” due to exact spacing rules

• AND/OR Enter Constituent LookupID(s)

  • Allows user to enter one or more LookupIDs for tributees to return tributes and related information

  • E.g., 1234567; 7654321

Constituent Tribute Rollup Selection (Optional)

Answer one of the following prompts to restrict tributes by organizational rollup. Select NONE or ONE option only.

• Enter Constituent Tribute Site Name

  • Allows user to select a specific DART Site associated with the tribute

  • E.g., College of Literature, Science & the Arts; University of Michigan Cancer Center; VP Student Affairs
     

• OR Enter Constituent Tribute Campus Rollup

  • Allows user to select a campus rollup for the tribute

  • E.g., University of Michigan – Dearborn; University of Michigan – Flint
     

• OR Enter Constituent Tribute VP Rollup

  • Allows user to select a Vice President Area rollup for the tribute

  • E.g., Executive Vice President of Medical Affairs; VP Student Affairs
     

• OR Enter Constituent Tribute SCU Rollup

  • Allows user to select a School, College, or Unit rollup for the tribute

  • E.g., Intercollegiate Athletics; College of Engineering

• OR Enter Constituent Tribute Constructed Site Rollup

  • Allows user to select a constructed site rollup used in Regents and Production Reporting

  • E.g., Executive Vice President of Medical Affairs; VP Student Affairs; College of Engineering; UM–Dearborn

Report Tabs

There are 3 report tabs:

• DART Tribute Detail

  • Shows detailed tribute records at the constituent level, including tribute setup, acknowledgees, donors, and related revenue

  • Includes tribute identifiers, tribute text, organizational rollups (Site, SCU, VP, Campus), and MPathways Department ID

  • Contains acknowledgee information such as letter codes, active/deceased status, do-not-mail flags, and full primary address details

  • Includes donor identification, donor status, mailing restrictions, revenue transaction details, and gift designation information

• Tribute Summary

  • Shows aggregated tribute information by constituent and tribute

  • Includes total tribute revenue, count of unique tribute donors, and matching claims and/or payments

  • Contains tribute organizational rollups including Site Name, SCU Rollup, VP Rollup, Campus Rollup, and Constructed Site Rollup

• Found Matches

  • Shows matching gift claim and payment activity associated with tribute revenue

  • Includes original gift amounts, matching gift company, claim and payment dates, and applied amounts

  • Contains claim- and payment-level revenue identifiers to support reconciliation and matching gift tracking
