    • Determines which letter version appears in the report.

    • E.g., Endowment; Expendable

Letter Count Filters (Optional)

Use these prompts to limit results to donors with a specific range of stewardship letter codes.

  • Enter # of Endowment Letters Minimum (>=)

    • Sets the minimum number of letter codes. Enter 0 to include all donors with a letter.

    • E.g., 2 = donors with 2 or more codes
       

  • Enter Letter Count Cutoff (<=)

    • Sets the maximum number of letter codes. Leave blank to include all.

    • E.g., 1 = donors with one or fewer letters

    • Shows constituent and mailing details for donors linked to endowed funds, including stewardship type, spouse info, and full address.

    • Contains designation and purpose rollup fields to confirm the fund associated with each donor.

    • Includes key financial data for True and Quasi endowments—market value, book value, shares, and distributions for current and previous fiscal years—along with related planned giving and fund activity balances to support accurate stewardship reporting.

  • Merge & Envelope Data

    • Shows the mailing details needed for creating letters and envelopes, including constituent LookupID, envelope name, letter/report name, and salutation.

    • Contains full postal address fields—street lines, city, state, ZIP, and country—to support accurate mail merges and envelope production.

  • Annual FY Endow Forms

    • Shows donor-specific endowment activity, including fund name, report period, market/book values, shares, and distributions, in a letter-ready format for stewardship reporting.

  • Annual FY Endow-Expenses

    • Shows endowment and expendable fund activity for each donor, including market/book values, distributions, gifts, transfers, gains/losses, and expenditures.

    • Provides a donor-ready summary combining endowment and expendable fund activity for the fiscal year to support stewardship reporting.

  • Annual FY Endow-Exp - No Text

    • Shows endowment and expendable fund activity for each donor, including market/book values, distributions, gifts, transfers, gains/losses, and expenditures, without donor letter text.

    • Provides a concise fiscal-year summary for stewardship and financial review purposes.
