  • Contains full records for all spaces regardless of status (claimed, pending, or available).

• Claimed Spaces-1

  • Shows all named spaces that have already been claimed by a donor or assigned prospect.

  • Contains prospect information, space descriptions, fund associations, special handling notes, and site details for claimed opportunities.

• Pending Spaces-1

  • Shows naming opportunities that are currently in progress but not yet finalized or claimed.

• Available Spaces-1

  • Shows naming opportunities that are available and unassigned for potential donors.

• Special Handling Opportunity

  • Shows spaces that require special handling, alternate funding considerations, or unique stewardship requirements.
