This Report

This report pulls funds/designations created since a user-provided date. Tabs list fund transactions, associated plans and asks, and stewardships constituents and groups.

Use this report if you need to review new funds for further work such as setting up Stewardship Groups.

Running the Report Directly

Click the highlighted icon to bring up the user prompts.

If the report is taking too long to run, schedule the report (see above).

Below are the available prompts. The start date for designations is required. All funds since this date will be pulled.

Report Tabs

There are 4 report tabs:

  • Funds

    • Shows basic info about each fund.

  • Transactions

    • Shows transactions associated with each of the funds, in their own sections.

  • Plans and Asks

    • Shows Plans and Asks associated with each of the funds, in their own sections.

  • Stewardship Constituents/Groups

    • Shows associated stewardship constituents and groups associated with each of the funds, in their own sections.
