Running the Report Directly

Click the highlighted icon to bring up the user prompts.

If the report is taking too long to run, schedule the report (see above).

You then need to set the prompts. (Prompts act as questions that help you to customize the information in a report to suit your own needs!)

Below are the available prompts (with explanation) —

  • Enter Constructed Site Rollup

    • Allows users to select a specific Constructed Site Rollup to find consecutive givers for

    • E.g., School of Information

Report Tabs

There is 5 report tabs, each behaving similarly. The tabs display the donor LID and name, their RHC, and their giving for each year within the timeframe. There are tabs for 20, 15, 10, 5, and 3 years ago.

For example, if run in 2025, the "5Y Consecutive Giving" tab will show giving for 2025, 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021, and 2020
