I need to pull a list of all students that have received a specific scholarship, can I do that from Business Objects?

Answer

• Yes, the report  Scholarship Recipients by Designation, Site, or Site Rollup, which can be found in the DART Reports by Category/Stewardship folder, can pull that information.
   
• HOWEVER, please be aware that Scholarship Recipients are NOT automatically recorded in DART.  There is no automatic upload from Student Records or the Office of Financial Aid that automatically tags a person in DART as being a Scholarship Recipient, and does not connect them directly to the Designation that is providing their funding.  In order for that information to be added to DART the School/College must work with the Data Management Team to upload the information on an annual basis.  Not all Schools/Colleges do so so information may be incomplete.
