Add Missing Alumni Affiliation for Shared Alumni of Rackham/Marsal PhDs in English and Education

This integrity check identifies Rackham Graduate School and Marsal Family School of Education PhD in English and Education alumni missing either a Rackham or Marsal alumni affiliation so that the missing alumni affiliation attribute can be added.

The OUD-DS3 best practice is for shared alumni to have Alumni Affiliation education attributes for all parties involved in the alumni sharing agreement.

That view queries education and education additional information records with 

  • Status = Graduated, 

  • Degree type = Major

  • Department = English and Education

  • Degree = Ph.D.

  • Educational college = Rackham Graduate School

where the education record does not have an alumni affiliation attribute of both Rackham Graduate School and Marsal Family School of Education. Whichever alumni affiliation attribute is missing will be added to the record so that the record will have both.
