Add Missing End Date to Phones

What Does It Do?

The OUD-DS3 best practice is for phones with a Do Not Call flag to also have an end date, unless they are a primary phone number.

This integrity check identifies non-primary phone records with a Do Not Call flag that are missing an end date so that the end date can be updated to the date that the phone record was last modified.

How Is This Done?

This integrity check is run using a SQL Server view called [INTEGRITY_CHECKS].[dbo].[IDS.V-INTEGRITY CHECK-PHONE-Add Missing End Date(DW)], which is located in DB-OUD > Databases > INTEGRITY_CHECKS > Views.

That view queries non-primary phone records that are marked as Do Not Call and which do not have an end date, and creates a batch to add an end date using the date that the record was last modified.
