Review Recently Modified Interactions Without an Owner

Category: Interaction

Frequency: Monthly

Platform: SQL Server

Owner: IDS

What Does It Do?

The OUD-DS3 best practice is for interactions to have an owner attached to the record.

This integrity check identifies interactions that have been modified since the start of the fiscal year or interactions on a plan with other steps that have been modified since the start of the fiscal year but which do not have an owner so that IDS and PDA can review.

How Is This Done?

This integrity check is run using a SQL Server view called [INTEGRITY_CHECKS].[dbo].[IDS.V-INTEGRITY CHECK-INTERACTION-Review Recently Modified Without Owner(DW)], which is located in DB-OUD > Databases > INTEGRITY_CHECKS > Views.

That view queries interactions that have been modified since the start of the fiscal year or interactions on a plan with other steps that have been modified since the start of the fiscal year and do not have an owner. This two-pronged approach to defining “recently modified” by selecting those on a plan with other steps modified in the last month will help to identify those that are related to recent activity but are missing an owner.

When the owner data has been dropped in DART prod but is available in DART QA, the owner is recovered from QA.
