What Does It Do?
The OUD-DS3 best practice is for constituents aged 96 or older to be flagged with a uAG Unengaged Constituent attribute if they have no interactions or recognition credit in the last six fiscal years.
This integrity check identifies all constituents aged 96 or older or constituents without an age that graduated 80 or more years ago who do not have any interactions or recognition credit in the last six fiscal years so that the uAG Unengaged Constituent attribute can be added to their record.
How Is This Done?
This integrity check is run using a SQL Server view called [INTEGRITY_CHECKS].[dbo].[IDS.V-INTEGRITY CHECK-ATTRIBUTE-Add AG Exclusion 96+ without Recog or Interactions in 6FYs(DW)], which is located in DB-OUD > Databases > INTEGRITY_CHECKS > Views.
That view queries all constituents aged 96 or older or constituents who graduated 80 or more years ago who do not have any gift recognition in the last six fiscal years or any interactions* in the last six fiscal years. If they do not already have the Annual Giving Exclusion - uAG Unengaged Constituent attribute, it provides the data for creation of that attribute.
* Interaction types included: Email (Introductory), Letter (Introductory), Phone Call (Introductory), Phone call, Visit (Campus), Visit (Introductory), Visit (Non-Campus), Visit (Phone/Virtual), Event Attendance, Internal Action-Faculty Contact, Internal Action, Email, Event, Text Message, or Mail
