Constituent Report - Constituent LookupID from UMID or UM Uniqname

​​​​​What does it do?

This report is designed to pull Constituent LookupIDs (LIDs) given a list of UMIDs, Uniqnames, or a mixture of both UMIDs and Uniqnames.

Why use this report?

Use this report to get the DART LID for UM faculty, staff, or students if you have their uniqname or UMID but don't know their LID

NOTE: You may also search for constituents using an alternative ID, such as a UMID or uniqname, in DART for one constituent at a time.

Prompts

You then need to set the prompts. (Prompts act as questions that help you to customize the information in a report to suit your own needs!)

Below are the available prompts (with explanation) —

  • Enter Value(s) of U-M Uniqnames and/or UMIDs (Required)

    • Allows users to enter one or more UMIDs and/or Uniqnames

    • Can enter both a Uniqname AND a UMID into this same field

    • NOTE: To enter multiple UMIDs and/or Uniqnames, they must be separated by a semicolon (;) with no spaces in between. 

    • E.g., uniqname1;uniqname2;1234567;uniqname3

  • Constituent LookupID

    • Lists Constituent LID, Full Name, and UMID/uniqnames
